The present Flavouring Group Evaluation 202 (FGE.202) concerns a total of 37 substances. The 37 substances correspond to subgroup 1.1.3 of FGE.19. Three of these substances are aliphatic acyclic 3-alkylated alpha,beta-unsaturated aldehydes with and without additional (non-conjugated) double bonds and 34 are precursors for such aldehydes.
